Troubleshooting analyze failure is very intuitive in Desktop App.


1. Right-click on the failed task, the select Troubleshooting.



2. On the pop up dialog box, select Diagnose first, then wait for the process to run. When it is done, simply click Copy Result and email to us at diagnose@robust.my.



3. Alternatively, you will notice the Diagnose button has became Report after the diagnosis is done. Click that to report to our technical support. However, email still the preferred and faster option.
